Previously, in-person signers were not visible in the E-Sign tab, leaving teams with an incomplete picture of signing status. Now, all DocuSign signers appear in one place (including in-person signers) and signing method can be switched from in-person to email mid-process without restarting the envelope. This helps teams identify stalled signatures faster, avoid unnecessary envelope recreation, and keep applications moving without disrupting customers who have already signed.
Full Signer Visibility: Teams now have a complete view of every signer on a DocuSign envelope (both in-person and email) in one place. If a signer is blocked by an earlier incomplete signer, their status reflects exactly who they’re waiting on.
In-Person to Email Conversion: If a customer leaves the branch before they finish signing their documents, teams can now switch that signer’s method from in-person to email directly in the E-Sign tab without needing to void the envelope and start over. Signatures already collected are preserved, the application keeps moving, and the signing email is sent immediately once the change is saved (if no prior signers are pending).
