🧩 Summary

Prelim now offers a native integration with Jack Henry Synergy via the jXchange API, allowing financial institutions to automatically route documents collected and generated through Prelim into their Synergy content management system.

🆕 What’s New

• Automated Document Delivery to Synergy:

  Documents generated and collected through Prelim can now be automatically sent to Jack Henry Synergy, eliminating the need to queue files and send in batches.

• Custom Mapping of Document Types and Metadata:

  Admins can configure mappings for document types, index values, and customer metadata directly to match Synergy’s configuration—ensuring consistent, accurate filing aligned with institution-specific taxonomy.

• Automated Retry of Individual Files

  Bankers can retry individual files that failed delivery within the File Exports tab, preventing duplicate files from being sent to file storage.
